Ken Watson finds his muse for music easily at Mountain Chapel. "I get great satisfaction from helping to lead people in worship in a way that touches lives and draws us to a closer and more committed relationship with Christ." With a reverent approach to worship and an endless repertoire, Ken's contribution to Sunday morning worship is, in short, tremendous. Ken's role as organist and pianist for all worship services, various weddings and funerals, accompanist for the Chancel Choir, and more keeps him busy, but his humble, easy-going personality never reveals an ounce of stress. "My prayer for the music ministry is that we will continue to grow as we help to lead in worship and touch lives through the great gift of music." And with Ken at the piano, there's no doubt we will.

The Pastoral Care and Discipleship Ministries at Mountain Chapel offer opportunities to grow in our faith through Prayer Groups, Small Group Studies, Bible Studies, and opportunites for service through one of our Welcome Teams, or Meal Ministries. Ken organizes and oversees ministries in these areas as well as visits and stays in touch with members who are ill (both short term and long term), in times of bereavement, and the joys of birth.
